About Me...
I grew up in Akron, Ohio and graduated from the University of Akron in 1995. I am a 1999 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine (go Buckeyes!) and have been working in San Diego since graduation. After 8 years in regular veterinary practice, it was time to follow my passion. I have always been fascinated with holistic health care and was growing more and more frustrated with the limitations and often bad side effects with many traditional veterinary therapies. I wanted more for my patients and so did they! I completed the extensive training required for certification in veterinary chiropractic and acupuncture. I started Home Sweet Home Veterinary Housecalls in 2007 with the vision of providing quality, compassionate veterinary care that offered holistic options and a comfortable environment for both patient and their human. My husband, Ray and I love living in Ocean Beach with our buddies Banyan, Koa, and 2 kitties.
